Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, we inform you as follows.

By following the registration procedure, users voluntarily provide their personal data to Wolters Kluwer Italia S.r.l., the Data Controller.

The personal data sent by users through the registration procedures for our services will be processed in accordance with the principles of personal data protection established by EU Regulation no. 679/2016 and other applicable laws.

The provision of data is optional. Purposes and methods of data processing

The personal data collected with this registration may be processed by Wolters Kluwer Italia S.r.l. to:

  • Allow access to services provided by portals and reserved for registered users.
  • Send, if users have given their consent at the time of service activation or express it later and until its revocation, commercial communications about its own products and services, or those of third-party companies, also through automated means, for direct sales purposes, as well as for sending market research and checking the satisfaction level of users.

Wolters Kluwer Italia S.r.l. will also use personal data for administrative and accounting purposes and for the execution of contractual obligations towards users who are part of its clientele.

Personal data sent through the registration procedures on the websites can be processed by Wolters Kluwer Italia S.r.l. using automated tools.
